Service Desk/Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual English/Spanish
Job Description
The Service Desk/Technical Support Specialist role at Collabtech Group supports clients through phone calls and digital ticketing, handling troubleshooting and training across collaboration technologies. This position is onsite in Carson, CA with occasional travel and a focus on accurate documentation and coordinated service delivery.
Location
Carson, CA (onsite). Work location is in person, with occasional travel included.
Job Type and Pay
- Job type: Full-time
- Salary: USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and e-tickets in English and Spanish within defined service levels.
- Provide troubleshooting and training for specific technologies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the companies Collabtech Group works with.
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone while documenting incident-level details in a ticketing system.
- Coordinate with other Collabtech groups to support seamless global service delivery for integration and deployment of collaboration technology solutions in clients’ environments.
- Ensure training courses and modules are completed within set time frames.
- Provide support on external services and events.
- Deliver training sessions remotely and onsite.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Service Desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Support: 1 year (preferred)
- Technical support: 2 years (required)
Required Languages
- English: fluent in reading and writing
- Spanish: fluent in reading and writing
- Portuguese: required
Requirements
- Fluency in reading and writing English

- Willingness to work onsite in Carson, CA
- IT experience: 1 year
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Additional Qualifications
- Technical call center experience, including answering calls and creating tickets
- Windows OS technical support across hardware and software
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills with Windows
- Active Directory Administration
- Microsoft Exchange Administration
- Microsoft Teams Administration
- Basic collaboration technology terms (for example, video conferencing)
- MS Dynamics knowledge is an advantage
- Microsoft Office 365 support, including Teams and Teams Rooms
