Job Description

Beyond International Group, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join its Irvine, California team with remote work options. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employee technical issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems while managing support tickets to ensure timely solutions. You will contribute to a collaborative IT environment that emphasizes customer service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
Diagnose and fix issues through phone, email, and in-person encounters.
Assist with configuring and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
Record and track requests in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Work with IT colleagues to identify and implement process and system improvements.
Lead training sessions on new software and tech tools.
Keep current with technology trends and best practices to improve service delivery.
Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
Solid knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technology.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and juggle multiple priorities.
