This entry level Tech Support role provides frontline assistance for massage chair products, combining customer service phone support with troubleshooting, light assembly, and coordination of field repairs through third-party contractors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support for massage chairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues
- Assist and coordinate field repair efforts with third party contractors
- Perform light assembly and testing
- Manage parts inventory
