Job Description

This is a full-time Technical Support Representative role at Electronic Payments Inc, delivering phone-based technical assistance to merchants, resellers, and ISO agents. The position covers issues across payment terminals, POS systems, and software, with on-site work in Calverton, NY and base operations in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support via phone and email for merchants and ISO agents in line with the Call Quality Standards.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic demeanor to contribute to a constructive work environment.
  • Diagnose, research, identify, test, and implement solutions to resolve product issues.
  • Engage in ongoing training across all aspects of the business and role, using downtime to review documentation and practice skills with provided equipment and resources.
  • Document all interactions and account changes thoroughly for historical tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for continued training and skill development relevant to the role.
  • Adhere to company policies on timekeeping and attendance.
  • Follow established processes to complete setup forms and paperwork for account maintenance, updates, and device replacements accurately.
  • Follow through on all open issues until they are resolved.
  • Assist management with special tasks and projects as assigned.
