This position centers on phone and remote support, ticketing, and on-site client assistance, with a primary focus on Windows 10 and Microsoft Server Technologies. Responsibilities
- Answer technical calls and provide phone or remote support.
- Enter trouble tickets into the ticketing system and maintain service tickets.
- Develop and sustain knowledge bases to support issue resolution.
- Investigate events and alerts to determine potential remedies for client and server issues.
- Maintain internal systems at the office and perform software installations as needed.
- Assist with support for Windows 10 and Microsoft Server Technologies.
- Document processes and uphold workflow procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment and support Student Service staff.
- Resolve client issues using our management software.
- Conduct on site visits to client offices for applicable support tasks.
- Monitor and remotely manage client environments via remote management software.
- Potential bench work on computers brought to the office or server build outs.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player capable of succeeding in high-stress situations.
- Balance between customer service oriented soft skills and technical aptitude.
- Experienced candidates are preferred.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Server Technologies.

Training
