CRM Configuration & Technical Support Specialist

PostcardMania is seeking a CRM Configuration & Technical Support Specialist to design, customize, and support automations and workflows within the PCM Nurture platform (built on Go High Level). This onsite, full-time role supports lead nurturing and customer growth through workflow setup, troubleshooting, reporting, documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sync web forms so new leads flow automatically into PCM Nurture.
• Build custom workflows, nurture sequences, and Done For You (DFY) solutions using Go High Level and connector platforms.
• Customize pre-built snapshots to align with each client’s business and campaign needs.
• Develop custom reporting that helps users understand their data and take action.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform or automation issues as they arise.
• Train and mentor new team members on workflow building and platform best practices.
• Review VP-issued project overviews and convert requirements into practical, easy-to-sell automations.
• Document solutions, customizations, and new workflow builds for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and support teams to clarify needs and provide technical guidance.
• Stay organized, self-manage your queue, and proactively look for ways to improve results.

Pay and Schedule

• $21.65/hr
• Full-time, in-office
• Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM (one hour lunch)
