Job Description

At CFS, this on-site Desktop Support / Help Desk role places you in a private school setting in South Brooklyn. You will provide desktop and help desk support for students and staff, with a salary range of USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Front‑line technical support for students and staff
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and classroom tech issues
  • Support Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices
  • Assist with device imaging, repairs, and inventory
  • Document issues in a ticketing system

Requirements

  • 6 months – 2 years of IT or help desk experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working fully on-site
  • Interest in learning and growing within IT
