At CFS, this on-site Desktop Support / Help Desk role places you in a private school setting in South Brooklyn. You will provide desktop and help desk support for students and staff, with a salary range of USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Front‑line technical support for students and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and classroom tech issues
- Support Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices
- Assist with device imaging, repairs, and inventory
- Document issues in a ticketing system
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of IT or help desk experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working fully on-site
- Interest in learning and growing within IT
