eCommerce Specialist-Internet Help Desk, DC

At Walt Disney World Resort, this role supports Guests as they plan and manage their digital vacation experience. Working in an inbound contact center at Disney Central in Tampa, Florida, you will help Guests through the website and the My Disney Experience application using phone, chat, and email.

This is an onsite, hourly position with paid training, focused on account and eCommerce support while delivering service that feels seamless and guest-centered.

What you’ll do

• Support Guests exploring their vacation plans by offering recommendations and clear direction for a magical experience at Walt Disney World
• Build and maintain relationships with Guests and Cast Members across lines of business to deliver excellent service
• Maintain discretion and protect Guest confidentiality
• Assist Guests with handling their accounts
• Use multiple computer applications to support conversations across phone, chat, and email
• Provide Guest Service when issues arise and work toward solutions
• Meet required departmental metric expectations and efficiency goals
• Share comprehensive resort and dining information using software applications during guest interactions
• Complete all required Company training and compliance courses
• Maintain flexibility with the work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays

What we’re looking for

• Experience handling conflict resolution and decision-making with integrity and partner resourcing
• Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Disney products
• Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center setting
• Strong sales and closing skills, including the ability to overcome objections
• Bilingual skills

Pay and benefits

• Starting pay rate in Florida: $20.85 per hour
