Help Desk Coordinator
Job Description
On-site Help Desk Coordinator in Clarksville, TN, responsible for first-line IT support, incident logging, and end-user assistance to uphold service standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person.
- Diagnose and fix hardware, software, network, account, and peripheral issues to restore normal operations.
- Enter incidents into the ticketing system with appropriate categorization and prioritization.
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the IT team or external vendors as needed.
- Keep help desk documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles current and accessible.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline support processes and improve service delivery.
- Monitor open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Support company initiatives related to sustainability, safety, and community engagement.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Clarksville, TN, with potential exposure to an occasional manufacturing environment.
