Help Desk Support Specialist
Job Description
The Help Desk Support Specialist provides frontline assistance for on-line services, network, and end-user issues. As the first point of contact, the role facilitates user requests, records incidents, and either resolves problems or ensures timely escalation to the appropriate support level, in alignment with the Health System's Guest Relations Policy.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all trouble calls related to online service, network, or end-user related problems.
- Provide an interface for end users seeking assistance.
- Document problem calls and either resolve them or escalate promptly to the appropriate support tier.
- Promote the Health System's Guest Relations Policy.

Compensation
Hourly wage: USD 19 - 26 per hour
Education
Associates degree or equivalent experience
