Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for technical support for more than 200 users across multiple branches, delivering courteous and practical assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with basic user administration tasks, including password resets, account unlocks, and managing software permissions.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations for new hires.
- Log technical issues in the ticketing system and escalate complex network or server problems to the Systems Engineer.
Requirements
- No degree required — we value technical curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a drive to learn over formal credentials.
- Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer hardware.
- Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting proficiency, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Stable work history is required.
