Job Description

Trinitas Technology Group is seeking a HelpDesk Technician to join the Woodstock, GA team, providing phone-based technical support to clients and helping manage their systems to keep IT operations stable and efficient. This onsite role blends remote assistance with hands-on collaboration at client sites, delivering reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional phone-based support to Trinitas clients.
  • Provide on-site assistance at client locations for two full days each week.
  • Maintain awareness of Trinitas' performance in serving all clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure reliable operation of software and systems aligned with client and company objectives.
  • Consult with team members and clients to discuss issues and resolve questions.
  • Execute operational tasks such as monitoring backups and addressing automated trouble tickets.
  • Assess current systems for effectiveness and efficiency; propose and implement improvement strategies.
  • Monitor system health alerts and ongoing actions, and adjust as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, mappings, processes, and service records.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for updated and new systems.

Requirements

  • Background in systems planning, security fundamentals, and basic PC repair.
  • Strong grasp of Trinitas' aims and client objectives.
  • Solid project management capabilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proven ability to research system issues and products as needed.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Self-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Capable of prioritizing and completing tasks under pressure.
  • Committed to delivering strong customer service.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Education: High school diploma.

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
