IT Support Technician

Sybex Support Services Inc. is hiring an experienced IT Support Technician in Raleigh, NC (onsite) to provide end-user support and manage endpoint systems across Microsoft tooling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L1 desktop support including troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Administer endpoints using Microsoft SCCM (MECM)
  • Application deployment
  • Patch management
  • OS imaging
  • Software distribution
• Support Microsoft Intune tasks
  • Device enrollment
  • Compliance policies
  • Configuration profiles
  • Conditional Access
• Work with Windows Autopilot including:
  • Device provisioning
  • Zero-touch deployment
  • Troubleshooting Autopilot failures
• Provide support across Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, and MS Teams
• Manage user accounts and access, including groups, mailbox support, and license assignment in M365 Admin Center
• Troubleshoot network connectivity such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Handle IT Service Management activities via ticketing tools including ServiceNow, Jira, and ManageEngine, with SLA adherence
• Provide on-call / backfill support and help ensure minimal downtime
