Job Description
Ensign Services is hiring for an on-site IT Help Desk role in the Salt Lake City area. You will respond to incoming support calls and emails, delivering a solid customer service experience while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Midvale, UT Service Center with no remote options.

Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support phone calls and emails, delivering a positive customer service experience while meeting performance standards
- Troubleshoot remote desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals
- Assist users with email, data, and productivity applications within a Citrix environment
- Help users access key clinical and financial applications, including PointClickCare, Net Health, and Workday; create accounts and reset passwords as needed
- Support other IT tasks as needed
- Holiday coverage is shared on a rotating basis; employees work assigned holidays as business needs require
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting computer equipment, or equivalent education/certifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office (2013/2016/2019), Citrix fundamentals, Exchange, and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols, information security practices, and computer/printer/scanner setup and support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for guiding end users over the phone and by email
- Proactive approach with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate under time constraints
- Quick to learn and integrate new practices into troubleshooting processes
- Flexible and adaptable to changing expectations and requirements
- Ability to collaborate with peers and hold teammates accountable to achieve success
- On-site travel to our Salt Lake City, UT office location

Additional Information
- Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, DOE with a $1 differential for night hours
- Position Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Location: On-site at our Service Center in Midvale, UT (Salt Lake City area)
