IT Support / E-commerce Tech Specialist (AI + Shopify)

Medon Inc DBA Kissprom is seeking a full-time IT Support / E-commerce Tech Specialist to help run day-to-day IT operations and support its Shopify e-commerce platform. The role also involves applying AI tools to improve efficiency and assisting with online sales technical matters, including analytics.

Location and Schedule

• Work location: In person, Irvine, CA 92614
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Job type: Full-time

Compensation

• Hourly pay: USD 25.00 to 35.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain the Shopify store, including product listings, page updates, theme adjustments, and app or plugin management
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency, such as for product descriptions, image editing, and data analysis
• Deliver day-to-day IT support for computers, network, printers, and office equipment
• Support website analytics and help resolve technical issues affecting online sales
• Assist the team with other related technical tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; recent college graduates are welcome
• Familiarity with the Shopify platform; prior experience is preferred
• Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Muse, with the ability to apply them in practical work
• Work style: fast learner, detail-oriented, responsible, and a good communicator

Preferred Language

• Chinese (Mandarin) speaking preferred
