IT Support Specialist (Level 1)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, diagnosing and resolving end-user hardware, software, and infrastructure issues while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents in line with established SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation.
• Install, administer, maintain, and support IT infrastructure services to ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with IT standards.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on escalated issues, improvement initiatives, and IT projects to enhance systems and services.
• Educate users on business systems and IT processes; contribute ideas, documentation, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with equivalent combinations of education, experience, and certifications considered.
• At least 3 years of IT operations support experience, preferably within a global enterprise environment.
• Proven experience implementing, documenting, and maintaining IT infrastructure systems and services.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support IT operations and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and enterprise systems in a global IT environment, with MS 365 experience.
