Hands-on junior role combining mechanical testing and customer-facing technical support in a warehouse environment.

Coordinate technical communication with engineering teams in China.
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot sample units received at the U.S. warehouse.
Provide after-sales technical support for sold products, including quality-related issues and customer inquiries.
Investigate product problems, help determine root causes, and support practical solution implementation.
Collaborate with the R&D team to collect field feedback and support product improvement research.
Contribute to product iteration efforts based on troubleshooting findings and field input.
Document technical issues, support corrective actions, and track progress toward problem resolution.
Work with operations and sales alongside engineering to improve efficiency and reduce service costs.
Assist with additional hands-on technical tasks as needed.

Ability to support product troubleshooting, sample assembly, after-sales technical support, and product improvement initiatives in a hands-on capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) preferred.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Comfort working in a warehouse-based, hands-on environment.
Plus experience in mechanical equipment, aftermarket parts, agricultural tools, or technical support.

Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
Experience with product assembly, troubleshooting, or field service.
Familiarity with agricultural equipment, off-road machinery, or industrial parts.
Exposure to working with overseas engineering teams.
Interest in product improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
