Product Technical Support Analyst
Job Description
FIS Global is seeking a Product Technical Support Analyst to support institutional outsourcing clients for its TrustDesk business objectives. Based onsite in Brown Deer, WI, this role acts as a central point of contact, managing day-to-day client service needs while coordinating with internal teams to keep service delivery timely and accurate.
In this position, you will oversee assigned client relationships, work through complex questions using research and cross-department communication, and help personnel at client institutions with everyday routines and financial processing tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, organized approach are essential for resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the daily activity of assigned outsourcing relationships
- Resolve complex problems through research and communication with other departments
- Support client institution personnel with day-to-day routines and financial processing
- Perform daily servicing activities with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
- Monitor day-to-day client activity, partner with operations staff to maintain consistently high service levels, and take ownership for resolving client service-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client relationships and ensure efficient service delivery
What you bring
- 3-5 years of recent experience in trust, securities, or operations
- Client-facing and servicing experience with excellent interpersonal skills to drive customer satisfaction
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, clients, and public stakeholders (internally and externally)
- A professional, calm demeanor for situations involving difficult clients
- Solid organizational, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in gathering information and sharing ideas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of how internal systems work
- TrustDesk Trust Accounting System experience is preferred
- Minimum education: High School Diploma
