Job Description
On-site bilingual Tech Support role in Robertsdale, AL for Cutting Edge Automotive Solutions, offering USD 22 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk assistance through a ticketing system to capture and track customer issues.
- Handle VOIP calls and convert challenging conversations into actionable tickets for resolution.
- Document thorough notes on customer issues and relay details to software developers.
- Assist customers using the diagnostic software offered by Cutting Edge, ensuring proper usage and troubleshooting.
- Help customers identify current problems affecting their vehicles or equipment.
- Process software subscriptions and distributor service requests available through Cutting Edge.
- Follow up with customers to confirm that issues are resolved.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Must be able to commute to Robertsdale, AL 36567 or relocate there before starting.
- On-site work location in Robertsdale, AL.
