Job Description

On-site bilingual Tech Support role in Robertsdale, AL for Cutting Edge Automotive Solutions, offering USD 22 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk assistance through a ticketing system to capture and track customer issues.
  • Handle VOIP calls and convert challenging conversations into actionable tickets for resolution.
  • Document thorough notes on customer issues and relay details to software developers.
  • Assist customers using the diagnostic software offered by Cutting Edge, ensuring proper usage and troubleshooting.
  • Help customers identify current problems affecting their vehicles or equipment.
  • Process software subscriptions and distributor service requests available through Cutting Edge.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm that issues are resolved.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must be able to commute to Robertsdale, AL 36567 or relocate there before starting.
  • On-site work location in Robertsdale, AL.
