Technical Support Analyst I (Bilingual English / Spanish)

The Technical Support Analyst provides practical, on-the-spot support for ADP products using phone communication and remote access. This onsite role in Maitland, FL is designed for candidates who can troubleshoot across hardware, software, and operating systems in a metrics-driven call center environment.

Role Overview

In this position, you will troubleshoot client issues related to ADP products, assist with product upgrades and maintenance, and perform diagnostics as needed. You will deliver timely resolution while supporting an environment focused on performance metrics and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, including assistance with product upgrades, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot issues effectively, replicate reported challenges, and develop creative solutions; escalate to second-level support when required.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for industry-standard technologies, including browser web support, user access issues, and website customization.
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology and trends, staying proficient in networks, operating systems, hardware, software, databases, browsers, and related products.
• Serve as the liaison between Implementation, Client Services, Management, and Corporate Support to ensure high-impact challenges are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification/experience

Compensation

Salary range: USD 38,600 - 72,100 per year. Base salary offers may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
