Job Description
The Ecosystem Technical Support Specialist role at Motorola Solutions provides guidance, instruction, and support to customers and team members. Based in Westminster, Colorado with a hybrid work arrangement, the position serves as a conduit between operational environments and core engineering to advocate for customer needs and broaden the team's technical knowledge.
Compensation
Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between Support, Product Management, and Engineering to investigate incidents, system outages, and complex escalations.
- Analyze data to identify the root cause of hardware, networking, or application issues and document resolutions within internal tracking software.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience across calls, emails, and chat to help maintain seamless system performance.
- Develop technical documentation to serve as job aids and expand the knowledge base for other technical professionals.
- Ensure all levels of technical support stay informed of product enhancements by partnering with development teams to share key platform insights.
- Deliver training and mentorship through both formal and informal programs to strengthen the team's technical resilience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS help desk environment
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely; employer sponsorship is not available
