Technical Support Representative

Gallagher is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join its on-site team in Kansas City, Missouri. The role blends technology, agriculture, and customer success as you troubleshoot issues, perform hands-on product repair, and provide sales support across North America. You will engage with customers to resolve problems, deliver training, and gather feedback to improve product reliability.

• Experience using hand tools and working with electronics.
• Soldering experience is an asset but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and SAP or similar ERP systems.
