Responsibilities
- Primary focus: enhance the technology experience for Maddox staff and partners within Odoo, our open-source, self-hosted, and fully customizable ERP.
- Secondary focus: provide friendly support for other Maddox systems that integrate with the ERP; develop deep knowledge of our ERP implementation and related work.
- Respond to internal user requests with a customer-success mindset and resolve issues promptly.
- Grant system access, investigate and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, coordinate with external support and developers, and address both known and new problems in our business systems; help ensure initiatives are represented in the ERP roadmap.
- Proactively enable Maddox teammates to perform at their best within our business systems and help stakeholders identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate change management to sustain success, including access control and segregation-of-duties initiatives through completion.
Requirements
- Current professional experience is required.
- Experience administering and supporting business systems adjacent to ERP is required.
- ERP platform administration or support is a strong plus.
- Clear, timely communication across phone, email, and chat with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with customers across technical backgrounds and levels.
- Proven track record of managing external vendor relationships to deliver results aligned with company objectives.
- Strong situational awareness to balance friendliness and professionalism in interactions with employees and vendors.
- Collaborative work style focused on team success rather than individual heroics.
- Systems-thinking mindset and a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Comfort triaging, researching, and resolving complex problems across contexts including ERP environments.

- Starting pay range: USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, with a comprehensive full-time benefits package that adds substantial value.
