Job Description

Provide frontline technical support for Army IT systems within Booz Allen, delivering reliable, secure services, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance across multiple environments while collaborating with cybersecurity, network, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline technical resource for warfighters, performing hands-on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support across diverse systems and support environments.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, network engineering, and engineering teams to maintain compliance and mission readiness.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues, manage lifecycle upgrades, and assist with operational exercises.
  • Maintain critical communications and information systems that enable training, mobilization, emergency response, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Demonstrate meaningful client engagement and contribute to technical growth in a fast-paced mission environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working on complex networked distributed systems
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Windows or Linux operating systems
  • Experience supporting and collaborating with DoD operational personnel
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving basic networking and operating systems
  • Ability to create technical documentation
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification such as Security+

Identity Statement

Candidate AI Usage Policy

AI tools are used at Booz Allen as part of daily work, but candidate evaluations must reflect your own skills and knowledge. The use of artificial intelligence or other tools to assist with responses during interviews is prohibited unless explicit permission is provided.

Work Model

  • Remote: Even if listed as remote, there may be occasions requiring in-person work at Booz Allen or a customer facility.
  • Hybrid: Regular presence at a Booz Allen facility is expected, with potential visits to customer facilities based on leadership needs and role requirements.
  • Onsite: Work primarily at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating with colleagues and customers as required.

Clearance

Top Secret clearance is required; applicants will undergo security investigations to determine eligibility for access to classified information.

Compensation

Projected annual compensation range: $53,000.00 to $108,000.00. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
