Job Description
Technical Support Tech I position at INSPYR Solutions is an onsite contract role in Arlington, VA, offering USD 24 per hour for overnight end-user support under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end users by phone, email, and in-person requests
- Identify, research, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and system issues
- Record, track, and monitor reported problems to ensure timely resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues following defined guidelines
- Maintain precise records of support requests and their solutions
- Adhere to predefined instructions, procedures, and best practices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users and colleagues
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role
- Foundational knowledge of standard IT support concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under direct supervision
- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Familiarity with ticketing systems or experience
