Hybrid role in Draper, UT supporting Progressive Employees in a NOC environment, with the tools and team practices needed to help keep systems healthy and available. What you’ll do

As an Associate Tech Support Technician, you’ll provide front-line technical assistance for desktop and application needs while helping monitor and maintain system health. You’ll work in a NOC-focused environment and support users through multiple channels, ensuring issues move toward timely resolution.

  • Answer phone calls, live chats, emails, and in-person requests for technical support
  • Escalate issues when needed and share updates with stakeholders for desktop and application tickets
  • Identify, research, and work toward resolving technical problems
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to support timely resolution
  • Handle and execute requests across multiple technical needs, including computer peripherals, laptops, desktops, and software installation
  • Provide a detailed diagnostics summary to support next-tier support
  • Support logins, account needs, and other system administration duties

What you’ll bring

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment
  • 1 to 2 years of information system experience, including 1 year working directly with PC hardware and software
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance, and reach for extended periods of time
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Curiosity and adaptability as AI-enabled tools expand across workflows
