Customer Service / Tech Support Rep β Tech Products
Job Description
This remote role supports Concentrix as a customer service and technical support representative for tech products, operating from a home office in Nebraska. You will assist customers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver professional, reliable support with a strong emphasis on service quality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering courteous, expert assistance for products and services, including troubleshooting and technical support
- Handle inbound inquiries following a defined call flow to ensure consistent service quality
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and product related issues
- Record and retrieve case details in relevant databases for accurate tracking
- Approach each interaction with strong problem solving and resolution focus
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services across devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and MacOS or similar platforms is preferred
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive and professional demeanor
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong focus on building lasting customer relationships
- Comfort with technology and the ability to explain it clearly
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Proficient in fast paced multi-tasking with solid problem solving skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong problem solving with the ability to ask targeted questions to reach a resolution
- Solid computer navigation skills and general PC knowledge
- Availability to work during Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. EST, Monday to Sunday; schedule rotates every 3 months based on performance
- Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; a work computer will be provided
- High speed internet (no wireless hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone; minimum 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address

- The base salary for this position is $17.31/hr. Pay will not be below the applicable minimum wage. Actual salaries vary based on location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
