Dental Laboratory Customer Service and Technical Support

Dani Dental Studio in Tempe, Arizona, seeks a dedicated Dental Laboratory Customer Service and Technical Support specialist to act as the crucial link between the lab and client dentists. In this role, you will handle inquiries, offer technical guidance on restorations and materials, advise on product selections, enter data, and coordinate orders to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist dentists and dental technicians with technical questions related to restorations, materials, and procedures.
• Provide detailed guidance on product selection, including components and materials for cases ranging from simple to complex full-mouth restorations.
• Accurately enter customer data into our systems and maintain up-to-date records of all interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries, and any special requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions or escalate as needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and dental restorations.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and CRM systems; Magic Touch software is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in a medical office or dental laboratory environment is required.
• Solid analytical skills to assess client needs quickly and provide accurate technical support.
