Proteam Solutions Inc. is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst (Hardware) for 100% onsite support in Nashville, TN.

Re-provision, reimage, and configure enterprise Windows desktop and laptop endpoints.
Enroll and re-enroll Windows devices in Microsoft Intune and troubleshoot device enrollment failures.
Support endpoint deployment workflows, including device setup, configuration, compatibility checks, and readiness validation.
Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows OS, endpoint hardware, applications, and endpoint configuration.
Support endpoint security configuration work, application installation and upgrades, and device compliance troubleshooting.
Review IT service requests, prioritize workload, coordinate case resolution, and escalate complex incidents as needed.
Collaborate with onsite support teams and other IT groups to complete endpoint refresh and deployment projects.
Document provisioning procedures, troubleshooting steps, and ongoing device support activities.

Microsoft Intune experience handling Windows endpoint management, enrollment, or device troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience imaging, reimaging, provisioning, or deploying Windows desktop and laptop computers.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and application installation.
Experience diagnosing device setup, operating system, driver, compatibility, and software issues.
Understanding of endpoint security principles, device configuration policies, and enterprise IT support processes.
Strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Windows Autopilot, Intune enrollment workflows, or automated endpoint provisioning.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including device join types and corporate device identity.
Experience with endpoint imaging or deployment tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and MDT (or similar).
Knowledge of device compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security controls.
Experience supporting enterprise endpoint refreshes, device migrations, or large-scale PC deployment initiatives.

Pay: USD $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
