Help Desk Analyst
Job Description
Based on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana, this Help Desk Analyst role supports phone-based troubleshooting and dispatch coordination to sustain facility maintenance, guest services, and financial reporting applications, ensuring continuous in-store business operations for Infosys.
Responsibilities
- Provide rapid phone support for IT related application or hardware failures.
- Serve as the first point of contact by phone for facility maintenance issues.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on existing or recurring trouble tickets.
- Log all field issues in the call tracking software with troubleshooting steps and relevant details, and coordinate dispatch as needed.
- Deliver courteous, effective service to guests and team members.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or Call Center
