Job Description

Based on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana, this Help Desk Analyst role supports phone-based troubleshooting and dispatch coordination to sustain facility maintenance, guest services, and financial reporting applications, ensuring continuous in-store business operations for Infosys.

Responsibilities

  • Provide rapid phone support for IT related application or hardware failures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact by phone for facility maintenance issues.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on existing or recurring trouble tickets.
  • Log all field issues in the call tracking software with troubleshooting steps and relevant details, and coordinate dispatch as needed.
  • Deliver courteous, effective service to guests and team members.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or Call Center
