Job Description

On-site role in Warminster, Pennsylvania, supporting the IT department with administrative and operational duties, including procurement, service desk routing, asset tracking, and first-line technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the initial point of contact for IT inquiries and routes issues to the appropriate system support teams.
  • Maintains conference room technology, including projectors, speakerphones, and webcams, ensuring seamless meetings with tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Supports IT asset management, tracking hardware, software, licenses, maintenance agreements, systems, and other items tracked by the department.
  • Creates precise technology and office supply purchase requests, while monitoring progress and reporting the status of acquisitions.
  • Manages IT related invoices from approval through accounts payable processing.
  • Oversees urgent shipments from order placement to delivery.
  • Keeps CRM and other reporting systems current and accurate.
  • Creates, edits, and terminates user accounts as needed.
  • Resets user passwords as required.
  • Supports IT staff on projects and workload, performing project tasks as needed.
  • Conducts information gathering and documentation using online resources and research sites.
  • Fosters communication between the IT department and other teams.
  • Performs miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of basic computer and network concepts; comfortable with technology and web resources.
  • Experience with Windows 11 and iOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
  • Well organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision and to solve problems.
  • Clear and effective communication with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • Openness to new challenges, ongoing learning, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
  • U.S. citizen and will be required to pass a background check.
