Help Desk Tech Payment Processing

This full-time, on-site Help Desk Technician role at Cornerstone Credit Services is based in Anchorage, AK 99508. You will provide technical support and on-site installations and training for clients, traveling to merchant sites as needed while delivering outstanding customer service. The position offers a competitive rate of $19 to $20 per hour and a benefits package designed to support your health, retirement, and time off needs. Relocation to Anchorage before starting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess merchants' needs, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and promote or suggest alternative products or services.
• Maintain excellent follow-through on assigned tasks and projects.
• Demonstrate a strong record of attendance and punctuality.
• Drive to client sites to assist with installations, training, and fixes.
• Grow product and industry knowledge as the electronic payments field updates continually.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a current valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Candidates must type 35 words per minute accurately
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong task management skills
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
