HSMx Service Desk Supply Management Support Specialist

The HSMx Service Desk Supply Management Support Specialist supports hotel operations and procurement teams by responding to supply chain and procurement inquiries and providing procurement guidance. This onsite role is located in Madison, WI and offers $28.00 per hour.

Role Overview

Within the Supply Chain Support Department, you will manage day-to-day support requests tied to supply chain and procurement. You will work with hotel leaders to help resolve questions, guide procurement decisions, and contribute to improvements that strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of email inquiries related to supply chain and procurement support.
• Answer supplier and purchasing support calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist hotel leaders with procurement guidance and supply chain solutions.
• Identify recurring trends and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Track activities and generate reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
