Infra Tech Support Practitioner role (Accenture Flex) onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, focusing on deploying Windows patches via Ivanti LANDesk and coordinating browser updates to uphold security compliance and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Use Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management to roll out monthly Windows 10/11 security and quality updates.
• Prepare, schedule, and push updates for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge to endpoints.
• Track patch deployment progress and resolve any failed installations.
• Perform pre deployment testing and post deployment validation to confirm patch success and maintain system stability.
• Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams.
• Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed.
• Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets security standards and audit requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation by deploying critical and emergency patches when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management.
• At least 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
