IT Help Desk Technician / Entry-Level System/Network Administrator

MTK Technologies, Inc., an in-office managed services provider based in Savoy, Illinois, is seeking an entry level IT Help Desk Technician to support end users, perform basic IT troubleshooting, and assist with early-stage system administration tasks. This onsite role offers hands-on exposure to Windows environments, Office 365, and foundational networking in a client-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Reset login passwords and manage user access
• Set up and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and services
• Configure new workstations and install essential software
• Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware issues
• Manage whitelisting and blacklisting for security services

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
