In this role you will contribute to a culture that emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and practical problem solving, while working in a fast-paced environment that values clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance across multiple client sites using a blend of automated monitoring tools and manual ticket tracking.
  • Act both proactively and reactively to detect, investigate, and resolve incidents with minimal disruption.
  • Perform in-depth root-cause analysis using logs, monitoring tools, and PL/SQL queries.
  • Dig beyond surface fixes to understand complex or hidden issues and achieve lasting resolutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve system stability and related processes.
  • Own incidents with curiosity and persistence, aiming for durable solutions.
  • Document findings, resolutions, and improvement actions within the ticketing system.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with a high-paced team and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking capable of analyzing complex issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • PL/SQL experience preferred: working knowledge of SQL databases and the ability to query and manipulate data using SQL.
  • General IT or Computer Interest required: genuine interest in technology and IT systems.
  • Stress resilience: ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and thorough data analysis and collection.
  • Adaptability: comfort adjusting to changing priorities and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
