IT Support Lead
Job Description
Rho is seeking an IT Support Lead to manage the technology foundation for its New York City office and distributed team. This is a hands-on, in-office role where you will serve as the primary contact for employee IT support and lead day-to-day operations across devices, identity, and office infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee IT support, covering hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on fast, friendly resolution.
- Own device lifecycle management for macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM administration, and secure offboarding.
- Administer core identity and SaaS systems, including SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools, with responsibility for access onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage the NYC office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
- Build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources to support scale as Rho grows.
- Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.
- Lead IT onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth day-one experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on expertise administering macOS and Windows, including MDM tools and identity or SSO platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack and experience with common SaaS administration.
- Experience managing office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, and conference room technology.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset, focused on making IT straightforward for colleagues.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to document processes and support non-technical teammates.
- Willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in the NYC office.

Compensation and Location
Location: New York, NY (onsite).
Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 per year.
Experience: 5 years minimum.
