I Am Boundless, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist II for onsite support in Independence, OH.

Deliver day-to-day technical support for internal and external clients’ portable and desktop systems, including software and hardware installs, configuration, and troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and support laptops, workstations, servers, and networks
Use best practices and established policies to select methods and techniques for solving issues
Serve as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and external vendors to coordinate problem resolution
Ensure problems are resolved accurately and in a timely manner
Apply advanced technical expertise to address complex system component needs that support the business

5-7 years of related work experience
Bachelor’s degree, or technical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience supporting Windows environment
Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software
Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques
