Job Description
Night Shift Technical Support Analyst role on-site in Little Rock, AR, handling overnight IT support and batch-processing operations with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Dillard's IT users facing complex procedural or operational problems with applications, hardware, or services.
- Execute, monitor, and resolve batch processing issues to maintain overnight queue integrity.
- Close the business day and initiate batch processes during overnight hours.
- Perform routine systems maintenance to support stability and reliability.
- Monitor batch process performance and respond to anomalies as they arise.
- Ensure all company applications are available on time to start the next business day.
- Deliver technical assistance to Dillard locations that are online when the evening shift begins and as locations come online in the morning.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and after hours.
- On-site, full-time position located at the Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters; high attendance is required.

The Team
- Night Shift Operations closes the business day and starts batch processes during overnight hours, performs systems maintenance, and monitors batch performance to ensure timely availability of applications for the next business day.
- They provide technical support to all Dillard locations that remain online at the start of the evening shift and as those locations come online in the morning.

- Full-time, on-site role located at the Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters.
- A high level of attendance is an essential function of this position.
