Job Description

The role features a salary range of USD 85,500 to 150,765 per year and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and configure Windows servers, including VMware and Hyper-V environments
- Offer helpdesk support for the Stingernet Portfolio
- Ensure IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM)
- Perform upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, manage domain accounts and password issues, and handle service requests for servers, workstations, and storage
- Provide IT support to critical programs within the Special Programs Division
- Conduct backups, maintain asset inventory, and process service requests for program-area IT environments at the Waterton campus
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- U.S. Citizenship required for facility access
- IAT II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Active Directory, roaming profiles, and user creation
- Experience with desktop operating systems, updates, and patching troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware movement, installation, and accountability
- Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support
- Experience working in a teaming or collaborative environment
- Knowledge of network support in a classified environment (encryption, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Microsoft Service Manager experience or ServiceNow
- Experience maintaining asset records for desktop hardware
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
