Role Overview
The position involves providing frontline technical support to internal and external customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with access, configurations, and telecommunications systems across multiple platforms. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to reference historical data to identify recurring problems are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software
- Address technical inquiries and problems via telephone or self-service ticket, supporting computer hardware, software, network, application access, and telecommunications systems for internal and external users
- Diagnose and isolate issues using historical records and data analysis
- Route calls to product line specialists or application and system support where appropriate
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases; inform management of recurring issues and patterns
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; experience requirements vary, with 4+ years of related experience typically expected
- Experience: 4+ years in related IT support roles
- Certifications/Training: Security+ CE; PWS 9.1
- Clearance and Citizenship: TS/SCI with Polygraph; US Citizenship Required

Compensation
