Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for MeeFog pumping and fogging systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related system issues
• Assist customers and field technicians with startup and operational support
• Support Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI troubleshooting activities
• Review system alarms, operating conditions, and field performance data
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
• Assist with preparation and review of service reports and technical documentation
• Support installation supervision and commissioning activities when required
• Help identify opportunities for product improvements and service enhancements
• Maintain strong customer communication and follow-up throughout support cases

Requirements

• Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field service and customer support
