Job Description
Technical Support Specialist responsible for troubleshooting DirecTV systems in senior living communities, handling service requests and Help Desk tickets, and maintaining CRM records.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot DirecTV Cable television Systems in Senior Living Communities Nationwide.
- Communicate with Property Facilities Staff to identify and troubleshoot issues with their DirecTV System.
- Work service requests and Help Desk tickets on a daily basis.
- Follow up on Technician visits to facilities.
- Keep accurate records within RHTV's CRM.
Requirements
- Technical Support Experience
- Knowledge of analog headends, COM3000, and DirecTV DRE Systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Patience and ability to guide others
- Good organizational skills
