Job Description
Join Propeller as an entry-level Technical Support Specialist on the Global Support Team, supporting customers who use Propeller’s drone and ground control point (GCP) hardware plus cloud-based software. This hybrid role in Denver, CO helps you combine hands-on troubleshooting with customer care, backed by a structured onboarding plan and a team that includes Customer Success Managers and senior engineers.
Salary: USD 60,000 - 72,500 per year.
What you’ll do
- Provide high-quality remote support for technical issues by managing inbound customer cases from initial contact through resolution or escalation.
- Build proficiency in drone survey methodology and ground control points (GCPs), including diagnosing issues related to data capture and photogrammetry.
- Help customers navigate the Propeller platform, including file uploads, troubleshooting basic data discrepancies, and reviewing site settings.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and senior engineers to understand the customer lifecycle and how hardware and software work together.
- Maintain and grow the knowledge base by documenting solutions and common how-to questions.
What you bring
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in hardware or software environments.
- A genuine passion for helping people and experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience working remotely while maintaining high productivity, engagement, and responsiveness.
- The ability to explain how-to steps clearly to users who may not be technical.
- 0-2 years of experience in a highly technical customer-facing role.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for quickly learning new technologies.
- A data-driven approach with a bias toward action, and willingness to get hands-on in support.

Working model
Propeller operates on a hybrid model: two days per week in the Denver office. During onboarding, the company asks for four days in-office to provide the best possible training and support.
