Technical Support Specialist

On-Pin Golf Systems is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to help clients stay productive by delivering responsive, hands-on IT support. This part-time role centers on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues while communicating clearly with end-users. The position is hybrid, based in Boca Raton, FL 33486.

In this role, you will resolve day-to-day technical problems across operating systems, including Android, and support installations, configurations, and system upgrades. You will also play an active part in maintaining service quality by working with teammates and keeping accurate documentation for future reference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems including Android.
• Manage hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems and help ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and support customer satisfaction.
• Document all support interactions clearly to support future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer management principles and support practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Android Debug Bridge.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues across various platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or current enrollment at university.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus.
