Job Description
PCS, LLC is hiring for a Tier II Technical Support position within an MSP environment, focused on delivering fully managed IT, vCIO, and helpdesk services to clients. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Newark, DE, built for experienced technicians who can handle day-to-day support while working toward long-term technology outcomes.
If you have 5+ years of help desk experience and strong Microsoft and network expertise, this role centers on diagnosing issues, coordinating solutions, and providing customer service that keeps clients’ technology aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Provide fully managed IT service, vCIO service, and helpdesk services for clients.
- Troubleshoot and find solutions, with a focus on going above and beyond for technology issues.
- Understand clients’ needs and work to ensure their technology supports each client’s business goals.
- Meet client expectations with a service mindset centered on outstanding customer service.
What You Need
- Help desk experience: 5 years (required).
- MSP experience.
- IT customer service experience.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Microsoft 365 Azure experience.
- SharePoint / SharePoint online experience.
- Windows Server (2016-2022) experience.
- Windows Server (2016-2022) certifications.
- Other Microsoft Certifications.
- Cisco experience or certifications.
- SonicWall experience.
- Fortinet experience.
- Switching and Routing.
- VMWare.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is USD 65,000 - 95,000 per year. PCS, LLC also offers a benefits package that includes 401(k) with 401(k) matching, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, along with paid time off and professional development assistance.
