Responsibilities

• Maintain a well organized inventory of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Track stock levels and alert management when a reorder is needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
• Deliver parts and equipment to technicians at job sites across the service area
• Retrieve parts from suppliers as needed
• Ensure on-time delivery to minimize downtime on service calls
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean, safe condition
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and technical questions
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for service calls
• Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and timing
• Support installation and repair teams as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and parts (or willingness to learn)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory tracking
