Job Description

AIYA Technology System LLC is seeking a Mandarin-speaking AI Technical Support specialist to work onsite in New York. This role spans multiple departments, involves direct interaction with merchants, and supports product debugging alongside sales activities. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and translate technical needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide technical support and identify opportunities to upsell AIYA offerings.
  • Create, execute, and maintain production timelines that span several departments.
  • Operate diverse operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Arch, CentOS).
  • Analyze product requirements and develop suitable programs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Assess consumer needs, monitor market trends, and explore potential partnerships.
  • Contact potential or existing merchants by phone or email to build relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the market landscape.
  • Schedule meetings with prospects to demonstrate AIYA products.
  • Handle sales administration to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Travel as required to support business needs.
  • Communicate customer needs clearly in business interactions to deliver effective solutions.
  • Debug products and participate in system testing to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; studies in Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience Level: Entry-Level
  • Work Location: In person (onsite)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; weekends off
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable commute to Brooklyn, NY 11232 or relocation before starting is required
