WorkMarket by ADP is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Enterprise level Client Service and Product Support Specialist. In a hybrid in-office/remote role based in Maitland, FL, you will provide platform support to clients and workers via live chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities
- Provide Enterprise Level Support by answering feature related questions for clients and workers and collaborating with the Customer Support team to triage immediate technical questions.
- Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated issues, working with the product team to share visibility into common questions and issues to continually evolve the client and worker platform experience.
- Problem solve by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting corrections with follow up to ensure resolution.

Experience that will set you up for success
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- 2-5 years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to execute and de-escalate situations.
- Ability to accept constructive critique and possess effective communication and leadership skills with strong time management.
- Solid computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and provide remote technical assistance.
- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Google applications, Office, and other standard applications is a plus.
