Job Description

Home Loans On Demand is seeking an IT Support & Digital Systems Specialist to help organize day-to-day technology, keep business accounts secure, and streamline workflows through smarter integrations and automations. This freelance role is based onsite in Orange, CA and focuses on both practical troubleshooting and reliable setup so the team can manage tools with confidence.

The position will involve supporting computers and digital systems, addressing account access issues across major social platforms, and connecting websites, forms, CRMs, email, and scheduling tools. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and handling confidential information appropriately.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean up and optimize computers, organize files, and establish reliable backups.
  • Troubleshoot login issues, verification problems, and account access for social media and business tools.
  • Support compromised account recovery and strengthen account security practices.
  • Work through troubleshooting for Facebook and Meta Business Suite, Instagram, YouTube, connected accounts, and business permissions.
  • Connect websites, forms, CRMs, email platforms, and scheduling tools to support smoother workflows.
  • Set up practical automations for lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Provide clear guidance so the team can confidently use and maintain the setup.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media account administration, security, and recovery procedures, with emphasis on Facebook and Meta.
  • Experience integrating common business and marketing tools.
  • Patience, clear communication, and respect for confidential information.
